OCR turns pixels into text. Documind does the whole job: it reads emails, PDFs, scans, photos and spreadsheets, understands what each value means, checks it against your rules, and writes the result into your systems. Three different AI models must agree on every value before it is approved.
Emails and their attachments, PDFs, scans, phone photos, Excel and CSV files, and forms, printed or handwritten, in many languages. Content can arrive in a shared inbox, a folder, an upload or an API call.
Three AI models from different model families read every value. A value is approved by itself only when all three agree and no rule fails. When they disagree, or a rule fails, Documind asks a person by email and shows why. Every step is recorded.
